The hotel had a good breakfast, comfortable beds, nice TV, fast internet, and it was quiet. Overall, a very good 3-night stay
The second morning of our stay, there was a team of school athletes at breakfast. They made a mess, and several food items ran out. There seemed to be no one around to restock and clean up the area.

Clean , good location , free parking
We had to contact the front desk at 12am and again at 3:45 am as the room next to us had multiple people 7+ who were partying, yelling and being rowdy all night .., the desk person did go to the room twice with poor results. We complained when checking out and the reduced our room charge 10$ but said there was nothing else they could do ,,, I will dispute the charge on the credit card ,,, miserable night .. No sleep . They should have been kicked out

The hotel is quiet and great and in a favourable location by a softball tournament that we played in. We thoroughly enjoyed very friendly and efficient personnel that ensures guests have a very pleasant stay. Beautifully maintained, neat room complete with above condition, good air and the mattress of the pullout.

Front desk staff was very helpful and the cleaning ladies were downright kind, helping me get my kids and luggage to our room. Everything was clean and our room was spacious enough for us, a toddler and a baby in a crib. Breakfast was good and varied a little every morning g. The best part of this hotel for us was that the pool is kept warm. Parents of little kids understand how disappointing it is to get to your hotel all frazzled with h little kids and haul them off to the pool to burn off some steam only to find its too cold for them. We were in that pool for hours every day of our 3 day stay, and both baby and toddler stayed happy and occupied. Highly recommended for families, nice And quiet too.
Unfortunately the sofabeds are horrid with a deep sag in the middle. My 3 year old was really uncomfortable. On our last night we moved to a double queen room so he didn't have to sleep on the sofa bed again.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice when we were checking out. The lady that put the breakfast out was friendly. That's the only plus to this entire place.
To start with, the hotel itself is filthy. Everywhere you look as you walk to your room, there is firt, trash, filth. When you walk in the doors the smell of overly strong concentrated chlorine kicks you in the face. When we booked the room we added in the requests to please have the room temp set to 69 degrees because we would be comin in late and just sleeping, so we would like to be able to come in and go right to bed. When my husband ran up and got our room keys the front desk man said he was going up then to do it. He never did it. When we got there I was pretty grossed out but exhausted. Figured we'd get through the night and get out early in the morning. Morning light brought even more disturbing views. Filth. Just filth. Looks like the building hasn't had a vacuum cleaner in years. Torn carpeting, trash and dirt everywhere. Chipped paint. Stunk. Dirty. Just awful. Then as we went to leave we thought we would grab a bite to eat from the complimentary breakfast. The apple juice was just water with a film in it. No juice. Coffee was like mud. Unbelievable. This stay wasn't worth 30 dollars much less 80! Everyone said that it was a newer building and should be clean and nice. It was a dump, and a shame, since the inside had serious potential. The layout of our room was great! Loved that. Didn't like the crunchy burnt carpeting in our room, the tipped refrigerator, brick like pillows, or plastic feeling weird bed.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
The indoor pool provided a great way to relax after a long day. Breakfast options were limited, so plan to eat out. Request a room on a higher floor for quieter evenings.
